Are you open on Weekends?
We are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for sittings!
Our typical admin hours are between 9am - 6pm, but are often found responding to emails and adorable photos of pups all throughout the day, so don't hesitate to give us a call!
Will weather conditions impact my booking?
Our Team is dedicated to walking your pets in the rain, cold and snow!
When we dont walk pets:
- Red weather warnings
- Lightning/Thunder
- Above 25°C, or below -5°C
Please note this is different for each pet depending on breed, coat, age, medical condition, e.c.t
When is the latest I can book?
If you have already had your Meet and Greet, and are set up on the app - we can fit in SAME DAY bookings!
If you are wanting a booking in the very very very near future, please give us a call so we can try book you in ASAP.
Do you do Regular client bookings only? Or adhoc dog walks too?
We accept both regular clients and adhoc/holiday clients!
Once you are set up on the app you can request any date/time/service you would like and we can book that in for you with our sitters!
Will I get the same sitter for my bookings?
We aim to have 1 main sitter for each household but sometimes it's just not possible! Being a Team means if your normal sitter is unavailable, has an emergency, or is unwell, we have a whole team to fill in for them!
Of course you can request to have your same sitter, but they might not always be available, so we can offer you an alternative sitter!
Do you take Reactive / Medicated pets ?
We are happy to accept Reactive, Nervous and Medicated pets!
We tend to work quite closely with our clients who have pets with additional needs, and may book in a few sits with the clients before they feel comfortable with us to do a booking on our own.
We do not accept dogs with excessive bite history towards people.
Where are you based?
We have 2 teams of sitters!
Bourne and Lincoln.
(Our Lincoln team reside towards the top of Lincoln and villages surround North-East of Lincoln.)
We have clients in Melton Mowbray, Spalding, Peterborough, Sleaford, Grantham and more - however we may ask for an additional petrol fee!
